Final day in Sunriver

One of our plans for our vacation was to see some new movies. Kevin and Sydney went off to see the Hobbit and Kayleigh and I had some free time before our movie (Frozen) started. We stopped by this cute little bakery for a cupcake snack.

Then we walked the path along the Deschutes River. 

It was a beautiful, sunny, clear-sky day and we had great views of  Broken Top and Mt. Bachelor.

While I was taking pics of the mountains, Kayleigh spotted this creature. Even after googling images of nutria, beavers and otters, we can't positively identify this guy.

After the movies were over we headed back to Sunriver and set off for a long walk. The girls love to see the horses and from there we kept going along the Deschutes. We probably ended up walking 5-6 miles total! By the time we got home it was completely dark and we were getting cold and hungry.

The clouds were amazing. They were totally showing off!
