It's hard to believe, but it's true...our baby is a teenager! The girls only had a 1/2 day of school on Friday, so Kayleigh invited 5 friends from their homeschool group to come home with her after school. She wanted an orange and pink color scheme and it was so fun to decorate for her while she was at school.
On her actual birthday, we were all a bit sickly....but we managed to pick some apples in the morning. We needed them for a charity dinner we are helping with next weekend. A guy at church has an orchard and he said we could come pick as many as we needed.
Later that morning we were cleaning out the hot tub and the neighbor lady and her miniature horse came by...we've seen them on other streets, but never on our street.
And then we played at the Harvest Festival here in Hood River. It was packed! Sydney went along and was our photographer.
For some reason Kayleigh wanted to wear these "Mitch" glasses for a couple tunes...isn't she cute?
