We had some very spring-like weather in February, followed by a very cold snap. It is always a joy to see signs of spring and new life emerging after the cold winter months.
We took a weekend trip to Pullman, WA and Moscow, ID...separated by 8 miles and a state line. Pullman is home to Washington State University and Moscow is home to University of Idaho. We have teenagers who are thinking about college in a couple years, so the campus visits have begun. This was an unofficial visit and we just walked around the campuses and towns to get a feel for the area. We all preferred WSU campus, but the town of Moscow. Although both are in different states than OR, there is an agreement in PNW states that allows students to attend schools in other states and still get in-state tuition.
Kayleigh has been preparing for a masterclass with Take 3, and Kevin and I played one gig in February.
