Today I ran my first 10K....I did much better than I anticipated, finishing under 50 minutes (which makes me a little skeptical that it was actually 10K). It was a much tougher run than I'm used to as we ran some trails that were quite hilly and rugged. But, unlike last week's race, I did NOT get lost!!! I actually place third for my age division and Sydney was so proud of me for "winning". 
Not sure why Kevin took the picture so far away, but there I am running. 
And here is my personal cheerleader squirting me with a water gun! 
There I am crossing the finish line at 49:14!
