If you are familiar with the writings of Mo Willems, then you might understand the title of today's post...if not, let me explain. Mo Willems is a brilliant children's book author and my girls love his books...especially the Pigeon books and Elephant & Piggie series. They are crazy books and the first time I read a Pigeon book, I just didn't understand the appeal. None the less, we have "played" these books many times and the Syd seems to have most of the dialogue memorized. So last night we had a "party" to go to...a reception for new University faculty at the local soda shop. When I mentioned that we were going to a party, Syd started "playing" Elephant & Piggie's book I Am Invited to a Party.... Anyway...long story just to say...here are the girls in their "party dresses".
