We went off exploring AGAIN!!! When we got out of the car, Sydney said, "Let's go explore the earth!" And so we did....and this is what we found...more breathtaking views of the lake. I can't believe this is only 10-15 minutes from our house! I think what we found today is our new favorite spot. We've driven by this several times, but never turned in. 
We actually walked through the lake a little to get to these rocks that were sticking out. You can see them in the second picture...and this is Kevin and Kayleigh standing on one. 
After we played in the water for a bit, we hiked this beautiful path all along the water. We found some secluded beaches, only accessible by boat and some interesting plants. 
I wish I could capture the girls talking...it's so cute and they are such good friends (most of the time). Kayleigh is talking more and more every day and their "conversations" make us laugh.
