Another dear friend and fellow Compassion Advocate has joined the blogging world. I was very fortunate to be in Jane's region when I lived in Minnesota...she was my area coordinator and I had the privelege of meeting with her and speaking to her on the phone regularly. ReplyDeleteJill -- When I went to Haiti and the Dominican Republic the first time (5 years ago) I met Jane and we ended up rooming together (at our request!). We've been fast friends ever since, meeting up at Advocate's conferences, mostly. Well, now we get to return to the Dominican Republic October 5 and we're rooming together again! Needless to say, we can hardly wait. She really is a special lady, isn't she?
