Another Plea

I know I've already posted a couple times today....but I just spent an hour washing windows and when I do housework like that I think alot. Which usually means I think of something to blog about. I know that I'm not the best blogger and I don't have much to say that hasn't already been said better by someone else. BUT....I do have a heart that is heavy and aching for kids living in poverty. I've said it before and I'll say it many more times....in fact, I hope I never stop saying it.

I need you to sponsor a child.

Please don't wait for someone else to do it. Please don't start listing all the excuses why you can't right now. Maybe I'm ignorant, but $32 a month doesn't seem like that big of a sacrifice to literally change a child's life.

You can read more about them here if you have forgotten their stories. Maybe you thought someone else would sponsor them....well, no one did. And soon I have to send them back to Compassion where they will get put back into the system and wait.

I know our country is in economic crisis right now and we are ALL feeling it. But really, we have absolutely NO idea what economic crisis really is. These kids and their families live it EVERY day.

Please take a step of faith and do something. You will not regret it.
