Compassion Sunday

Today I had the opportunity to "share" Compassion at our church. I didn't give a presentation, but they played a short video clip and announced that I would be in the back with child packets if anyone was interested in sponsoring a child. It was a last minute idea and I really didn't expect anything.

But 3 children were sponsored today!!!! Three families have chosen to give themselves and the children they sponsored this gift.

Last year a friend of mine shared this insert she added to her Christmas cards.

Why is it that on JESUS' Birthday all the gifts are for us? This year YOU can change that!

Jesus said that "whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me" - Matthew 18:5

Compassion International has children around the world that need YOU to sponsor THEM. Your gift to Jesus could be the gift of HOPE for a child.

It is Jesus' birthday...change the life of a child in Jesus name.
