My very good friends from Minnesota, welcomed their third daughter yesterday. They were our neighbors. Thanks to weekly (and sometimes daily) playdates, Syd and Leah became best friends and Kay and Rachael became best friends.
They had considered the name Jillian for both of their other daughters, but never used it. We moved away in May and literally as I was moving into our new house, I was on the phone with Tara. She said, "Now I know why I was so emotional about you moving....I'm pregnant. And I also know why we never used the name Jillian before. If this is a girl, we are naming her Jillian".
So there you have it....I have a namesake!

Yay for Tara! I saw her at the library last week and she said only 8 more days I was wondering if we'd get the news via your blog or if I'd have to wait to see her at the library ;0) Thanks for the update. Hope you're keeping sane with all the snow.
