Another Very Eventful Day

Today was a service project day for my local MOMS Club group...I was very excited to spearhead this month's service project and have moms come to my house to put together care packages for the Future Hope Project. Although I was disappointed that only one other mom came, we were able to put together several care packages and I have received emails that other moms have things to donate!

We had a friend over for a while and the girls enjoyed dressing up and playing with her. I know I take lots of pictures of my girls...I enjoy it.

For the 3rd night in a row, we headed out for another supper picnic. This time catered by Little Ceasar's and a local sub shop. We picked one of our favorite spots in the area and spent a couple hours walking around, sitting and enjoying the lake.

We love playing out on these rocks...it's a giant playground with lots of climbing opportunities!

  1. Whoo hoo!!!! FHP packages look awesome!!!

...I LOVE the picture of Kevin on the rocks with the girls. My dad wasn't around when I was young (or now) so I think dads who ARE around are super special. Kevin seems like a great dad!! :)

  3. How wonderful on the packages!!!! You are doing a wonderful job helping spread the word about their needs! You truly do amaze me!

I love seeing the pics of your family on your adventures. It's so neat to see places I haven't been. Have you ever done a photo book of sorts for your Compassion kids with pics from where you live? I've been meaning to do it for mine after another girl I've been chatting with did that for hers. Taking random shots of different things around the neighborhood-so to speak.
