Sydney found this caterpillar while out on a walk with Grandpa last week. Grandpa wanted to name him, Cummie, but Sydney insists on Caterpillary.
He lives in an old Coke bottle. This silly caterpillar is Syd's best friend right now. She even took him, in a bag, on our walk to the grocery store today. When we did school this morning, he was right there with us. When she took her bath, he was right there too. She told me he needed a bath too, but I put a stop to that!
And each morning she rushes downstairs, only to be disappointed that he hasn't made a cocoon yet.
