Weekend with Daddy
I had the wonderful opportunity to go to a weekend retreat for Compassion Area Coordinators. Although it was right here in Portland, I stayed at the hotel for two nights and Kevin was home with the girls. They had a fun day Saturday, driving east to the Hood River area. They found a reservoir to swim in and had gorgeous views of Mt. Hood.
After swimming a bit, they found a place to pick cherries (with more great views of Mt. Hood)
They even bought some lemonade from this little girl...
and when they got home, they made a delicious cherry pie!
