This is the 1000th post on this blog!!!
(Me thinks I blog too much.)
Our new house is right across the street from one of two lakes in our neighborhood. We walked over after lunch to see if there were any ducks. The water was pretty murky with a sign that says "may contain dangerous algae".
We didn't stay long as it was pretty hot (in the 80s here this week) and there wasn't any shade around. It's pretty cool that there is a little "park" across the street and we have easy access to the lake.
Right next to our house is a storm drain and a swampy area...breeding ground for plenty of frogs and salamanders. Yesterday the girls caught 7 frogs and had them in a bucket for quite a while. Sydney is is heaven and has frogs (and caterpillars) on the brain 24/7.

Too much blogging is like too much money . . . no such thing. We really enjoy seeing what your family is doing and how the girls are growing up. Keep it up!
