It's funny how the house "shrunk" when we started filling it with our stuff. I still have a lot of work to do this week. In my opinion, this is when it gets hard. I've put away the stuff that has an obvious place to go and now I will spend hours trying to find homes for things in just one box!
Our last 2 homes had lots of extra shelf space so we have boxes of books that just have no home yet. We are trying to keep the same spacious feel of our last house, but it's very tricky. This is the smallest house we have lived in yet (as a family of 4) and requires extra creativity.

ReplyDeleteI'm impressed that you have the computer up & runnung already! You must be exhausted. Moving is so hard. I don't envy you having to find places for everything - always a challenge. Hope it feels like home real soon. It IS very cute and cozy (to use Syd's favorite word!)
