Please allow me to brag about my little geniuses for a moment....
Last night I was on a conference call and Kevin was playing drums. In the meantime, Sydney and Kayleigh were playing school. Sydney wrote simple words (with no help) on these popsicle sticks and Kayleigh proceeded to read them (with no help...actually Syd helped her sound out the ones she was having trouble with).
We've been working a lot on this, but usually I'm the one who initiates it. I was pleasantly surprised to see they did this on their own. And I love the creativity of writing the words on sticks!
