As I look back on 2010, I have great memories - many adventures we experienced as a family. I love setting goals (personal and family) at the beginning of each year and then reflecting on how those goals were met. I finally read through the entire Bible!!! (I even finished a month early), I did NOT run a 1/2 marathon, but I DID run a 9 mile race....so some of my goals were accomplished.
2010 also was a year of dreams coming true - In August I traveled to Peru with Compassion International and saw, firsthand, this great ministry in action. I met some amazing people, including some children we sponsor. But it was also a hard year, in some regards. Due to differing beliefs, my relationship with my brother has become non-existent.
Through the good and the bad, the fun and the difficult, I am thankful for God's faithfulness.
Here's a look, in pictures, of the first six months of 2010....

LOL! Love the fashion notes. I think a fun post would be to have Kayleigh tell us all how she decides what she wears and how she determines what looks good with what - SO funny, that girl! Have you used the collage feature in Picasa? It would be fun to put a week or year's worth of funny outfit pictures in a big collage for her... can't wait to see what she's wearing in 10 years!
