New Workout

I'm forgoing my regular exercise routine this week, because I've gotten a new one.

It's a full body workout including squats, lunges, core work, back stregthening, cardio, biceps, triceps....you name it, it's getting worked.

All you need is a large pile of mulch and/or dirt, a shovel and a wheelbarrow.



I've been shoveling dirt for 3 hours now, and I'm pretty sure every muscle in my body needs a break.

  3. Wow - did that sight bring back memories! When I bought my house in Depew back in 1999, I had a load like that delivered. Luckily there was a flyer in my mailbox from a young man on my street who needed to earn money for college. Ahhh - the strong backs of youth! He shoveled & toted - I spread it with a rake - MUCH easier! Worth every penny I paid him!
    Good luck - I am sure your results will be worth the effort! Can't wait to see the finished work!
