Today our homeschool group went on a field trip to an apple orchard.
There was apple picking...
Cider making....
lots and lots of apples....
and a hayride....
There were even farm animals to feed. Billie the Goat, Jack the Horse and Carl the Steer.
And we came home with a nice variety of apples.
What fun! There's one near us that we talked about going to, but it's also not near enough at the same time. I love that the steer's name is Carl!
