Story Time With Sydney - Snappers

A couple months ago we studied the book The Story of Ferdinand by Munro Leaf. 

If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. It is a delightful story and the illustrations are great. Anyway, I found a story template, based on this story, and Sydney began writing books. This one, The Story of Snappers, is her most recent one which she wrote and illustrated yesterday. I'll work on getting the others up so you can see them all.

There is a story template with prompts, but otherwise, Sydney has written the story. Sometimes I help her with the wording, but mostly this is all her. Once she narrates the story to me and I've written it out for her, she sets off to work on the illustrations. It doesn't take her long - an hour maybe - and she is very proud of her work. She begs me to get these published and posting them on the blog is about as good as I can do.
