My girls love to play restaurant and I oblige most mornings. It's the one meal of the day that I cater to them and their tastes on regular basis. I want them to start the day out with good energy and making separate breakfasts isn't all that hard.
Some mornings I wait on them at the table....other mornings they place their order at the counter.
Today they arrived and found menus.

We allow guests of all kinds at Mama's cafe. Unless, of course, they can't behave themselves.
Unlike most cafes, this is a "wash your own dishes" cafe!
How cute! I'll bet they loved it! How nice to be able to make your own choices at their age. The menu is quite extensive! Hmmm...can I come to Mama's Cafe? I promise to do my own dishes, too!

ReplyDeletei think i need to make reservations one morning! i might have to borrow this idea. breakfast for some odd reason can send owen into a tale spin , not the ideal way for any of us to start the day - especially when we get to be together all.day.long!
