The pacific NW braced itself for a winter storm that was moving through last night. In Portland 4-6" of snow were predicted. I know that's not a lot, but it's a lot for Portland where there is no snow removal equipment and people don't know how to drive in it.
When Kevin and I went to bed it was falling quickly and beautifully. I almost went out to take pictures, but thought I would wait until morning when there was more.
You forget how bright everything is when snow covers the ground.
But we woke up to slush - everywhere. Too wet to play in.
