Oregon Symphony

The girls and I went to hear the Oregon Symphony play this morning. We left really early in case we ran into traffic. We ended up getting there an hour early so we got a snack.

The Oregon Symphony plays in the Arlene Schnitzer Concert hall in downtown Portland.

I
t's a beautiful, old building and the girls were very impressed with the style. They kept asking if it was a place for important people. This picture was taken in the women's lounge.

The concert was fantastic. I almost started crying during the first piece. The Oregon Symphony is such a good orchestra and it was a pleasure to hear them play!

Now we are off to Bend for the weekend!

  2. What a beautiful place and great opportunity for the girls! I'd like to take the boys to the BPO soon but I need a kid-friendly performance to go to! I agree...you could play in it :)
