Trip to New York

We are back from our trip out east. It was a good trip - so good to see everyone again and celebrate with Caitlin and Greg as they got married. And now we are back, and it's good to be back. We are all a little tired, but that's to be expected with the time change, the long day of travel and the busy schedule we kept while there.

We arrived last Thursday on Bridget's birthday ~ she was 28 on the 28th! We got to see her that night and the girls played Happy Birthday for her on the violin. (Most of you reading this are family, but for those who might not know or might have forgotten, Kevin has 6 sisters.....Kelly, Shannon, Erin, Mary, Bridget and Caitlin. Kevin is the only boy and is second oldest.)

On Friday we headed out to Grandpa and Grandma Foley's cabin in Dalton.

They have a little pond which the girls (and Kevin) thoroughly enjoyed.

We are headed across the street to our neighbor's house for a 4th of July picnic. I love our neighbors.
