Random Post

I found these pictures on my camera this morning and it made me miss my nephews like crazy! I am so glad we got to see them again - twice in the span of a couple months!!

As most of you know, we live near a great park. In this park there is a "discovery garden" - a beautiful garden that is labeled for kids (and adults) and encourages them to touch certain plants, smell other plants and even dig around for worms in a designated area.

When we were at the park earlier this week with the Haseltine clan, I took Mary over to see the garden. It's absolutely beautiful still.

Seeing all the sedum in bloom made me think back to the beautiful garden I inherited with our first house in Vermont. There was beautiful sedum in that garden and I've never had it in a garden since. I think I need to plant some here.

Finally, we had the most gorgeous sunset last night. I couldn't resist taking the time to capture the moment.
