More of Seattle

Monday ended up being a very nice day. It was supposed to rain ALL DAY, but when we left the aquarium, the sky was blue like this! So we decided to do more exploring and more walking around the city.

Like most cities, Seattle has interesting things around almost every corner.

This is the hotel we stayed in which had an artic theme - there were even walrus heads on the building.

And there were some gorgeous trees. I love trees ~ ever since moving out here I have become intrigued by trees and how big and grand they can be.

We walked to this waterfront lake and saw some really, really big boats.

Apparently there is quite a bit of money in Seattle!

We also walked by the central library, and being the library junkie I am, I made the family walk through it. I've never been in a library that big. I could have spent hours just walking through the rows of books.

We also walked through these trees - painted blue. Kinda neat!

Well, that brings us to the end of our Seattle adventure. Next will be a Halloween update!
