Rohan

The stories and characters of Narnia and Mistmantle have taken a back seat to Lord of the Rings. Today we went hiking through "Rohan" (aka Catherine Creek, Washington). 

We saw many orcs, but Legolas (aka Kayleigh) saved the day with her fantastic archery skills. She is actually quite good!

 

Frodo (aka Sydney) brought along a good supply of lembas so we had plenty of energy to fight off the orcs.

We noticed something strange about the trees. They were quite lopsided with growth. We aren't sure if it's because of the wind or what, but it really was quite interesting.
