For some reason the girls came down to breakfast dressed as knights today. When I told them I wanted to get a picture, Kayleigh told me to send these to John Paul - so John Paul...these are for you!
We went to a parade tonight in Sandy - a town at the base of Mt. Hood. The girls anticipated getting lots of candy but there was none.
It was a strange parade...every other entry was a tow truck or semi-truck. The "floats" were lame and there were no bands. Quite a few horses. Several logging trucks with logs? Cheerleaders, karate kids, democrats and people walking dogs. I think next year we'll stay home.
Also...we made pinterest inspired cupcakes. I'm not sure how they taste because I didn't eat any, but they look cute.
John Paul says he likes your costumes. He said Kay looks like a very serious knight and he thinks Syd fell asleep on duty :) Wish they could play together!
