A Hike

This hike actually happened two weekends ago, but it was our first hike post-Thailand. 

It used to be that I had to pep-talk myself into hiking, but something has changed and I need to hike. When it's been too long, there is something missing. And there is nothing better than hiking in the spring - the wildflowers are always so beautiful. 

These two...sometimes (most of the time) they are the best of friends. I'm so glad they have each other! I don't know why they were holding hands, but they were.
