At the Market and Church

Sunday was a restful day at the ranch. Karen needed to run into the city, so I tagged along. We stopped at a market on our way home to get some local fruit and a coconut for Kevin. Talk about an interesting place to walk around!

In the evening, we all headed into the city for church - a congregation of English speaking Christians who find themselves in Thailand.  All these photos were taken with my iphone - not great quality.

Across the street is the Ping River and I walked over to have a look. Caught this fisherman at dusk.

Again, the plants and trees were just so different and so interesting. Here are a few I saw just around the church.
