A Butterfly Encounter

The other day we went up to the local park and were walking the trail there when we came upon a butterfly. Usually they fly away quickly, but this one lingered and when we looked closer we saw it's wing was torn. The girls were able to hold it, but then it flew off. It's always fun to have interactions with creatures like this.

They are dressed alike because we were photoshooting...maybe I'll let you see those soon. Or maybe you'll get some photos in your mailbox (if you are a grandparent).
