Saturday we hiked near the base of Mt. Hood to Elk Meadow. It' s a pretty hike - one we've done before. When all was said and done we had hiked about 7 miles and we were exhausted! We had some lovely views of the mountain - it's weird how different it looks when you are closer to it.
Look at the beautiful blue skies! So pretty!!
