Spring Like Weather

It may not be as warm as spring, but with the sun shining and some flowers blooming, it's hard to remember it's January. We took a lovely walk to the park this week and found all sorts of treasures.

We also had the privilege of watching this little guy yesterday. He loves Sydney and Kayleigh, and at almost 2 he's talking up a storm. It's fun to hear him talk, and I love watching my girls play with him and include him in what they are doing. When he gets confused about which girl is which he simply refers to them as "Kidney".  Here he was watching Kayleigh do her Spanish lesson.

We've started having "Tuesday Tea Time"....we make a treat and have hot tea or hot chocolate and sit down to read together. We read aloud most days, but it's fun to add this to our week and make it a little extra special.  The girls love it and it's an excuse to use our fun little tea cups and table cloths.
