I haven't been very good about keeping up and blogging here regularly. I cannot believe how busy summer has been. We just got back from a short trip to the Olympic Peninsula (NW Washington) with Grandma and Grandpa Redman. I'll share about that soon, but here are some pics from around our home first.

Seen around the neighborhood
We spotted this baby bird on a walk. It was sitting helplessly on the driveway and the girls wanted to rescue it. We put it in a plastic container and put it up in a tree. We knew mama was around and the next day the girls checked on it and it seemed to be doing well. But when we returned from our trip, they found the container gone and the baby bird half eaten.

Your life is so wonderful! So many awe-inspiring things around you daily-reveling in God's creation! Your photos are fantastic! Hummingbirds in flight? How do you do that? So cool! I always say this, but you have such an artistic eye for beauty and the talent to capture it with your camera. Thanks for sharing. xo
