I am so behind on my blogging....(big sigh). More than a week ago, the girls and I went to the Philip Foster farm with some friends. The Foster family came out and settled in Oregon when others were moving west via the Oregon Trail. They were merchants and came west to set up stores for all the new settlers. Nowadays you can tour their house and visit the farm...seeing what life was like back then.
The girls loved it all and keep asking when we can go back. My favorites were the gorgeous piano and the delicious, fresh, homemade rhubarb donuts.
