I try to stay on top of things on this blog, but it seems I'm always about a week behind.
Sigh.
Anyway, last Sunday we went to Newberg and strolled through the downtown. They have barrels up and down the main street and in each one is a different camellia. It was fun to see all the different varieties.
We also went into a cool, vintage clothing store that had beautiful displays.
And the little one kept going on and on about ice cream....
We found a place that served custard and it was quite interesting. It was fun for the girls to see an old telephone booth.
And this...not a great pic, but this outlet and wall reminded me so much of my Grandpa and Grandma Domnick's basement. I like it when little things like this evoke such strong memories and almost transport me to a different time.
What a cool town!!! Where is this? I want to go sometime!!!
