I feel so behind on sharing pictures here. Sharing our trip took quite a while, and now I'm pretty far behind on the everyday photos I take.
Anyway, I'll share a few of my favorites so I feel more caught up.
One morning recently, I was taking the garbage cans out to the street and noticed the sun light was hitting the lake and creating a magical effect with the fog. I grabbed my camera and headed across the street. I didn't even notice, at first, that Kayleigh had followed me. But I'm glad she did because I love these pics of her.
Spring is so beautiful here in the pacific northwest. So, so beautiful...and there are so many "waves" so when the cherry blossoms are done blooming, the tulip magnolias bloom, then the dogwoods, then something else. New beauty every week.
We spent a Saturday with friends in wine country....we did some wine tasting, ate a picnic lunch, played CanJam (frisbee game), did some more wine tasting, climbed the stairs in Hood River, ate pizza and did some more wine tasting.
Last week the girls and I joined our friends for a hike to the top of Multnomah Falls. They have six kids, but the youngest three were with their grandparents for the week.
Then it was holy week and Easter....
On Good Friday we planted our Easter garden.
And all throughout the week Sydney worked on this banner in our kitchen.
On Saturday night we had our monthly "Unplugged" worship service at church. Kevin and I both played, and this time Sydney painted during several songs. It was fun to watch her share her talents with our church family.
Gorgeous, breathtaking photos Jill! All so beautiful! Love the ones of Kayleigh by the lake and I love Sydney's Easter banner! Such talent!! You're so right-the Pacific Northwest is so pretty in the Spring.
