2017 is the year to visit family....I started off the year with a trip to Virginia to see Aaron and Darren, and our most recent trip took us to Texas to visit Grandma and Grandpa Redman.

Sunday we drove down to Galveston to see the island and the Gulf of Mexico
We saw several of these man of war jellyfish...from what I've heard and read, you don't want to touch one of these....their sting is pretty intense.
Mom and Keith live in a community called Del Webb. There is a lake (below) and the lakehouse has both indoor and outdoor pools, community rooms and a workout room.
Lloyd likes Texas, too.
I saw this amazing tree in the neighborhood when I went for a run. The neighborhood is new (less than 5 years old) but they built around this gorgeous tree.

ReplyDeleteI love that tree!! Gorgeous!! I think Heaven must have trees like that, at least I hope so! I especially love the pic of you with the Open sign on your head! I always thought you had an open mind!!yuck yuck
