Compassion Experience

The Compassion Experience was in our area again and we spent several hours on Friday volunteering. There is a core team of 4 people that travel with this particular truck - a retired couple from Georgia that has been driving the rig for 3 years and 2 other young men that drive a smaller support truck.

This particular truck features the stories of Jey from Kenya and Kiwi from the Philippines. We got to go through both stories when we first arrived and then we each had jobs. Sydney and I stood at the entrance to each story and allowed groups to go through at certain timed intervals. Kevin wiped off the headphones and ipods, while Kayleigh set up audio and visual on each ipod for each visitor.

I love that we can do this as a family. And look...we got cool t-shirts!
