Moving Day

Moving Day has come and gone!

We had a fantastic group of friends who helped us load up the truck, drive and hour east and unload the truck. We were done by lunch and after they left, we set about unpacking.

All of our hard work pre-move paid off and we were able to settle in pretty quickly. We are completely unpacked and loving our new house.

I wasn't planning on painting our bedroom before we moved in, but the carpet installation took less time than we thought and I had an extra day. So....I picked out paint and painted a couple walls navy blue. The next day I went to look for new bedding and found theses curtains - a perfect match for my new bedroom. It's easily my favorite part of the house now!

Our Fairview house closes on Wednesday. We've signed all the paperwork and will head back on Tuesday for a final cleaning.
