Snow

We got slammed with snow this weekend (9-10 inches - which is a lot for us), and we are under another winter storm warning tonight. Hood River is much more winter friendly than Portland....even with snow packed roads, downtown businesses were open yesterday and church was on this morning.

But driving through the gorge on interstate 84 from Hood River to Portland can be treacherous. I don't know if Kevin will be able to go in to work this week. 

Nothing stops Oregonians from biking....

Kayleigh and I saw about a dozen of these woodpeckers and they weren't scared of us at all.

Right down the road from us is Valentine Rd - appropriate for this time of year.
