Extra daylight and extra sunshine means more rainbows created by our suncatchers.
On Monday we went out to our friend's house for art lessons.
We also have been taking more walks now that we have a couple more hours of sunlight. There are still traces of snow, but most of it has melted.
On the road behind us are two donkeys.
To the west of us is a pond and we saw this guy there last week.
There is also a very friendly dog who likes to meet us at the fence and play catch when we walk by. It's the sweetest thing. He comes running and barking, finds his ball and drops it on our side of the fence, then waits for us to throw it so he can go fetch it.
Wednesday was the first day of spring and we celebrated by getting free ice cream cones from Dairy Queen.
Also...the girls got a bit nostalgic and got out all their stuffed animals one day. They have been bringing 2 each with them to school and the animals recite the day's memory work. Weird, but cute and fun.
On Thursday we went into Gresham/Troutdale all day. Our first stop was at our friends' house. Their neighbors had baby bunnies and baby sheep (born the night before!)
And we've had spectacular mountain views lately!
Love that the girls got their stuffed animals out!!!!!
