A couple of the things I love about Compassion is their transparency and their commitment to help on every level possible. When I say transparency, I am talking about their willingness to send very well read bloggers to their projects to blog about their experience. Nothing was off limits on these trips...and the bloggers were free to tell the world what they saw. This is risky...but Compassion has nothing to hide. And both of their blogging trips (Uganda and Dominican Republic) were very, very successful in getting children sponsored.

And for their commitment to help on every level possible...just today I learned about their Highly Vulnerable Children Initiative. Of course all children living in poverty are vulnerable...but some really are worse off than others. And Compassion is doing something extra for them. You can read about it here.

As you can tell....I love this organization and the practical way they are not only carrying out the Great Commission, but also their obedience to God in serving the poor.

I always have children available for you to sponsor....I still have Daniel. Please consider changing the life of a child today.
