Saturday - Manistique
Yesterday, out of boredom, we drove to Manistique...a small town on Lake Michigan. It was a nice drive there...through the Hiawatha National Forest, and when we got there we saw this light house and walked out to it. We also had lunch and visited a local winery for some wine tasting.

Fun pictures! It looks SO cold! I would have at least three layers on (head to toe!). If I ever came up there you would laugh at me for weeks! :)
ReplyDeleteI know it looks cold, but it really wasn't...it was in the 40s. It got colder and windier as we got out toward the lighthouse, but as you can see, we weren't all that bundled up!

What awesome pictures! I do have to say that the picture where your husband and if I remember right Syd is walking out to the lighthouse-it looks like they could just slide right off! SCARY!
