Day 2 - South Dakota

Day 2 consisted mostly of driving...we made it to Mitchell, SD and I thought it would be a good idea to go see the Corn Palace. It was pretty dumb, but I guess we can say we saw it.




I love sunflowers so I was thrilled to see many sunflower fields

    My dining room is decorated in sunflowers....that field is gorgeous!!!

    But Jill...it's a PALACE...made of CORN!! How much cooler can it get??? If only we could all be so privileged to see such things!
