Pumpkin Math
My girls loved this so I thought I'd share for any other homeschoolers out there.... I got the idea out of a book and it said to use orange pom poms as pumpkins. Well it just so happens that I have all these little ceramic pumpkins so I used those instead. For Kayleigh it was mostly counting...for Sydney it was adding and subtracting. They rolled the dice and either collected that number of pumpkins from the field. If there were not enough pumpkins to collect, they had to put pumpkins back.

Love the idea of pumpkin math! Apparently private blogs don't work in reader :( I thought I figured it out but that definitely didn't work because I've been thinking things were quiet on your end and of course, they're not! Same thing happened with Jess' blog. Will have to send myself a reminder to check your blog! :) Good to be back here!! :)
