We were very fortunate to be able to spend another weekend in Central Oregon. Kevin had a work related meeting at the hospital there on Friday and we took advantage of the opportunity and went with him. In reserving a house to stay in, I asked if there was any chance we could get a third night free....they said yes! So we went down Thursday afternoon to one of our favorite places.
Wanting a bit of exercise after our 3 hour car ride, we went for a walk along the Deschutes River. We've recently gotten a new camera to help us explore our new hobby - photography. Our new camera is fantastic and I think you'll be able to see a difference between the old and new.

After a nice walk and dinner, the girls wanted to go swimming. We took the new camera along and got these super clear, crisp photos.
Later at night, Kevin went outside to experiment with some night time shots. This is the best one he got - it's just spectacular how many stars the camera picked up. He "painted" the tree with a flashlight to get this shot. Pretty cool, don't you think?
