Here are a couple videos...one of each of the girls showing off their archery skills.
We had a big snowshoeing event planned with some others from our church this past Saturday. It rained the whole time. Both girls had on "waterproof" boots that got wet (soaked) within minutes of walking through wet snow and rain. About half an hour into our hike we had to turn around to get the girls dried off and warm again. So much for "waterproof" boots. And as we drove home, 5 miles east it was sunny and blue skies, but we couldn't get out and enjoy it because the girls were wet and cold.
The girls and I are taking a week off from our regular school schedule this week. We've got two field trips planned and a trip to central Oregon later in the week. We never really took a Christmas break, so we are all looking forward to a slower week.
