After the 5K race, we headed out of town for a hike. We were hoping to beat the predicted rain and were thrilled to see blue skies. The road to Tumalo Falls is closed in the winter making this a 5 mile hike along the forest service road. It was muddy and sometimes snowy, but it was a nice walk.
And we were rewarded with this beautiful sight.....Tumalo Falls
We had both cameras along and decided to experiment with shutter speed a bit.

Unfortunately I began feeling sick - runny nose, runny eyes and sneezy - and it got worse and worse as the day progressed. By the time we were done hiking I was officially sick. Not a fun way to finish an otherwise fun weekend!
