Playing at Clare Bridge

Today was our monthly visit to the local nursing home to share our music. Our group is getting bigger and so I wanted to get a picture of the gang. All the kids are students of mine, except for the boy - he's a good friend of ours. The older girl lives in Washington and plays viola...she's in high school and was able to join us because of spring break. The youngest girl just turned 4 and this was her second time joining us. My other two students are in Minnesota for spring break so they couldn't come.

And the goofy face photo...

Sydney, Kayleigh and I played Hunter's Chorus by vonWeber...

Here is Kayleigh playing Musette by Bach...

And here's Sydney playing Bourree by Handel

We also played an Easter medley, but I'll save that one for Easter!

  1. Bravo! Bravo!! Bravo!!! Oh, how I LOVE these video concerts! Thank you so much! I am so impressed with the girls playing! They certainly have poise and "stage presence" and look so comfortable performing. Those were LONG pieces to memorize! Especially loved the "Foley Trio".
    Happy Easter! Hugs to all!
